I'm Dani Espinosa. My work sits where engineering meets the business: every architecture decision has a cost, and every cost should buy reliability, speed or safety. I design with that trade-off in mind, automate what should not depend on people, and leave teams with systems they understand.
How I work
- Start from the bill and the risks. Before proposing changes, I look at what you pay for and what can break.
- Automate the repeatable. Infrastructure as code, delivery pipelines and reproducible environments.
- Measure, then iterate. Dashboards and alerts that show both reliability and spend.
This site runs on a zero-cost static architecture on Cloudflare: a small example of the same approach.
